    Item arrived damaged. Instead of leaving a negative review, I contacted the seller in a friendly manner to resolve the issue in a positive way. His response was needlessly rude and condescending. Told me I’m the first person who has ever been unsatisfied with their purchase from him. I’m a professional barber and am not returning something on a whim - the item was defective. Seller would do well to change their attitude. Customer service is not just about delivering an item.

    Buyer is making false claims on both the item an how he was treated! The shears were brand new and just imported from Germany less than a month ago. Buyer is making false accusations on what was said to him. Our perfect feedback for the last 13 years speaks volumes! A professional hairstylist knows that this type of shear with the serrated edge is a flat cutting shear and not a knife edge or convex blade. There are many types of hair shears for different uses! Also Buyer was promptly refunded!!!
