Placed an order using their registration system on 21st April and received the wrong commit item. Contacted them to ask for the right colour item and was told they didn’t have it and were waiting for it to arrive. Nothing for nearly two weeks only to be told it’s still not there . Asked for a refund and still haven’t heard anything back!! Very poor service and communication
