    I had to have Ebay step in to help me. Poor customer service and very very rude. I have never left negative feedback in 27 years. Calling customers Stupid and turning their mistake around to be anything but their mistake is uncalled for. I would think twice about ordering from them. Trying to strong arm a customer is bad business practices.

You took advantage of the eBay policies and you lied that the color was not as described, why you have to lied just for 100 dollars. you said that in 27 years didn't write negative feed back, but looks that you like to lie and take advantage of situations it is not right. you did not respect our policy and also the ebay policies.
