When I explained the problem he flippantly said my "installer" didn't know what they were ding and told me to call customer service. My"installer was a certified plumber with years of experience. I did call them and THEY are sending a new part. and they had a great attitude. Giving 3 stars because of bad attitude. He can't be faulted for a mislabelled part.I still have to pay for a plumber to redo

Let him know that he did not respond to me and that he should assume the cost of the waterlines that were not included. The seller refused to accommodate my request. He also stated that if it does not come back exactly as it was sent out he would assess a 50% penalty. I am keeping the faucet as I no longer have any faith in the veracity of this seller. BUYER BEWAREReply from: dglet- Feedback replied by seller dglet.- Feedback replied by seller dglet.The buyer contacted me after the item was shipped, demanding additional components—specifically flex lines—that were neither included in the listing nor mentioned in the product specifications. I explained that these were not part of the offer. Over the following week, the buyer threatened negative feedback unless I provided a handout, which I believe constitutes an attempt at feedback extortion.
