    VERY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE!!! Item was described as "excellent" & with no returns. 1st - it was shipped in a flimsy envelope with no cardboard. (Just a single piece of bubble wrap.) 2nd - IT ARRIVED WITH VERY VERY RUSTED STAPLES! Since condition was largely misrepresented, I wanted a refund. I was immediately accused of trying to scam the seller & was told to "just use steel wool." NO! It's NOT AS DESCRIBED. SELLER THEN THREATENED LITIGATION! Last day before ebay stepped in & they gave a refund.
