Part fit perfect, I have used Nicecnc in the past and they make a great quality product. The only issue is they did not list my fxdi as it fitting my Dyna, this does fit the Dyna model 2006 fxdi is what I put it on and fits perfectly. That little extra it gives being back 2 inches really helps on the long rides, and it took about 3 to 4 corners to get used to the different position it sat me in, but after that...nice and smooth
