Both myself and the seller were in contact with the courier and made a claim. The courier denied the claim twice. Cutting a long story short this seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I chose another guitar. I cannot thank nolimitguitarcompany and its staff who are delightful on their professional attitude and helpfulness absolutely top marks in my book
