Having contacted the seller they told me that I should have bought an untrimmed one. Like it's my fault and I should have known it would be unusable. Sorry for being so blunt but in my opinion it's unacceptable to ship items of such poor quality to unsuspecting customers. Worst product I've ever received in 20+ years of eBaying.
