Two of the items came out of the bubble wrap and one item was out of the box. I'm surprised the parts weren't broken. Everything did work awhen installed. Also no no instructions in the box you need to download and print. This kit has have a good mounting brackets for the regulators. when I requested information from the seller, the response was very quick.
