      I still have not received this item. Canada Post sent it to the local parcel drop-off while I was away and no notification was left in my mailbox.It was sent back.I have talked to an individual from sharksolutions on the phone and they said the Viper Remote would be re-sent to me once it arrived back at their location, but that was about a month ago. No other notifications have been sent to me about this since and no refund has been issued so I have no idea what is happening with the situation.
