Item never arrived. Seller did not issue refund when contacted in the first instance or even on the second. They requested me to log a case against the purchase. When this was done a full refund was received. The seller had known all along item was never dispatched and the refund should have been own their own accord. But they did not and neither did they bother to send out the item instead of issuing a refund. Dishonest or what?
