The buyer missuses his rights , First of all the item i delivered is in good condition and second i also offer him refund but he refused it , eBay also need to take action , the seller is not wrong all the time but you give all rights to buyer and im extremely disagree with your policy and very disappointed, Even we cant call to ebay to explain and no one take it serious.
