The buyer left us negative feedback before the eBay shipment deadline saying they had not received their item. We proceeded to ship the part within the required deadline and asked the buyer to remove the negative feedback. The item was delivered on 6 May, so we kindly asked again for the buyer to remove the negative feedback. No attempts to remove the negative feedback have been made which we find is unfair when we followed all eBay guidelines.
