The item arrived in good condition, in a timely manner. However, unfortunately I made a mistake. I really wanted the most recent database available, but this one was copyright the same year as the year of my Sequoia. Therefore, I did not need it, it was the same as the data already in my navigator. I have returned it, and happily will pay the 10% restocking fee.
