They printed me a label and then never shipped it. Meanwhile I am walking to work. When I found the part somewhere else they wouldn’t refund my money even though they still had the part. In order to get a refund I had to receive it then send it back, what a waste of my time. They can keep it. Your item was shipped the same day as ordered. The tracking wasn't updated by the carrier but the package was on it's way.
