Royal Mail lost the first package completely. The seller was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue with Royal Mail to no avail. They swiftly came back to me offering a full refund or send out another one immediately. I chose the latter and it arrived swiftly and safely. Things do go wrong and it was not the seller's fault.
