      Fast shipping and delivery. Ordered on Nov. 6th, received on the 10th. The Vonage adapter arrived clean and without any noticeable damage. It is setup and working after battling with a Vonage CS Rep to activate the adapter on the account I've had for 17 years. Said Vonage does not accept devices purchased from 3rd-parties. Had to threaten to cancel my account & asked to speak with a manager since they do no offer an adapter with multiple Ethernet ports. Not the seller's fault, just a heads-up!
