- e***k (1292)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasethe ratings were promising but the unit does not work they are giving great customer service trying to fix it but it's still not working I don't want to leave a negative or neutral comment because they are trying hard to make it right your company is a highly rated company but I have to call you again in the morning figure out what we're going to do to fix this the carttridge you sent did not work at all everything is being professionally installed by a top technician not a redneck mechanic
