Their service is top notch. It was shipped immediately and I received it early. Thanks to a severe storm my old was ripped beyond use. It's only a two layer, so its not heavy and I wouldn't expect it to last a long time. I usually plan on replacing it every couple of years anyway. I would highly recommend.
