I said no, as they are powder coated and, therefore, couldn't be polished obviously. After more to-ing and fro-ing they agreed to send a second set. I asked them specifically to make sure that, as they were coming from China, the second set were perfect. Guess what?? They were as badly scratched, if not more so, than the originals. Their response? "Discount?" Er, no.
