I ordered a roll of 50 BU Lincoln cents. That's very nearly what I received. Two of the coins, those at each end, had slight blemishes, enough, in my subjective view, to lower the grade. AU, yes, but BU, probably not. But I am quite pleased with the transaction. I have seen far worse, and the price I paid for 48 beautiful coins was still a bargain. Since the blemishes were minor, the seller could have thought them trivial and honestly graded the coins as BU. Everything else was great; I'm happy.
