Erst durch Einschalten von eBay gab es die Erstattung des Kaufpreises. Die zusätzlich entstandenen Versandkosten von 6,95€ (weil Rücksendeetikett vom Verkäufer falsch ausgestellt war) schuldet der Verkäufer weiterhin.
