Was listed as "open box" motherboard only, so I assumed it would be missing the accessories and possibly the I/O shield at most. With it being listed as "open box" I took a chance on it. Upon receiving, it was indeed missing accessories and I/O shield, but also missing the backplate needed to mount a cooler, making it unusable. Never seen a open box stripped of everything. Seller did refund without issue, so it turned out fine.
