The quality of the item is fantastic. Now, the item was originally lost in the us mail for several weeks. The seller bent over backwards to assist me with finding the watch. The seller and I were in constant contact tracking the item. We both assumed it was lost for good until it started moving again which we both saw. Again, great communication.
