Via ebay the seller answered a technical question quickly and accurately when needed. The item arrived well packaged and the delay should not reflect on data and decor, it was Royal Mail that caused it. I'm happy so far-no issues found after fairly extensive install/set up activity. I got exactly what I was looking for, and the computer looks in A1 condition. Excellent seller.
