    The Extron IN1608 matched the description and works properly. The item arrived with two holes in the box, as shown in the attached pictures. It appears that it was handled roughly in transit. Although the packing material in the box was only several sheets of loose foam, the item appears to be undamaged. The item itself was very good value for money.
