    Shipping & packaging was fine. But seller was adamant that the computer had WiFi. When it arrived, Windows 11 did not detect WiFi and upon closer inspection, the unit does not have a WiFi module at all. Seller said WiFi and antenna was internal, but should have went with my instinct, all these models have an external antenna, this one didn't. Now seller wants to offer sub-par product/solution to close the deal. Classic bait and switch. I have rarely if ever left negative feedback. Buyer beware!

    first I offered to refund you $10 towards buying a USB WIFI First I offed $10 for a USB WIFI ADAPTER, then I offered you $20 to settle the matter and finally I offered to send you a Lenovo module, the same one provided with the original (I think, it comes from a Lenovo Thinkcentre mini but different model) as for the computer I used this computer WIRELESSLY FOR TWO YEARS, it shipped with this module, so someones lying, right Jarrett? Now a Negative Review, gotta luv it!
