    Faulty TV, Rude Seller, Total LetdownBought this TV, but it came with no power cord. I messaged the seller, explaining it shipped to my parents’ address during my Alaska-to-Maryland move. Instead of helping, they accused me of scamming, saying, “It sounds like a scam or something,” since it was 25 days post-delivery. Offered a measly $15 for the cord. I ordered one from Amazon myself—TV still won’t turn on, just flashes red lights. Total waste of time and money. Seller’s attitude stinks. Avoid!!

    The Problem here with this customer is as follows, I'm selling discounted used items. The customer contacts me after having the item in his possession for 25 days claiming he wasn't able to plug it in yet because he has no power cord. I replied that that sounds suspicion being that the item was deliver 25 days ago? eBay rep. suggested to offer the customer 15$ for the missing power cord, which, I guess added fuel to the fire. The customer didn't opening a return just left a nasty feedback, so?
