    Shipping was timely, packaging fine. Blouse was supposed to include loose button but it was not enclosed. Blouse had a small hole which was difficult to see with the pattern. Seller was pleasant when contacted and offered a 50% refund. I suppose this could happen to anyone and she tried hard to make it right including a 20% discount if I made a future purchase. Would probably purchase from seller again due to her effort to correct the situation..
