In the end, I had to basically destroy that bottom rear corner of the unit to get it open and install a hard drive/OS. Fortunately, that area isn't even visible during day-to-day use, so I'm not worried about it. That's just the inherent risk of buying used. The super-low price still made this a worthwhile purchase! Fast shipping too! Pleasure doing business with you!
