When I spoke to the seller he refused to send a wire. Item was supposed tested and functional. It did not work when stalled and could not have been test on any Sonos system prior. Very POOR COMMUNICATOR! I would not recommend. He refused and continued to harass us even having his wife contact us multiple times over multiple days. NOT TO MENTION TRYING TO EXTORT OUR COMPANY USING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHICH WE HAVE ON RECORDING!!!
