    Backpack was different than description. Backpack received was half the size that the seller listed and a different model. Seller stated photo was of correct product but 1) I relied on description 2) it is not easy to note size in pictures. Seller made no offer to rectify the problem. Stay away from this seller, they take no responsibility for describing a different backpack than the one they shipped. I had intended to use the backpack to carry an iSUP, received backpack is far too small

    This customer ordered a backpack that I messed up the title. 2 months after it was delivered he wanted me to give him a discount. I declined. I admitted my title misled him. But he received a better backpack and 2 months after delivery he just wanted half a refund. If he requested within the one month window I would have gladly fully refund him. He is a scam buyer who didn’t get his way.
