    WARNING WARNING!!! Seller has problems telling the truth!!! This item was listed as "NEW AND UNOPEN" both 100% untrue. Item came completely openly/damage dirty packaging, pieces had been placed in a Ziploc bags. I bought this as a birthday present for my niece and there is no way I can give her this open, used GPS with the damage packaging and Ziploc bags packing.     This feedback is under investigation by eBay. Buyer stated unless i give him a partial refund he will give me a bad feedback regardless of me offering him full refund. his goal isn't getting it returned, its to keep the item and get half the money back.
