    I never received the item or a refund yet tracking status is delivered. When I called ups they said it would come the next day even though tracking status was already delivered. I tried to schedule a delivery for when I get off work but ups would not do that. It still hasn’t come and that was two days ago. When I get home from work at 6:00 PM ups is closed.

    1. It is YOUR responsibility to furnish a SAFE place for packages to be delivered. An apartment in the Bronx may or may not be that. 2. This was shipped by USPS (as in - the Post Office), NOT by UPS. Calling UPS to have them deliver something they don't have? And never had? Considering the above, was this feedback actually for what I shipped, or someone else's part, and this feedback should be for them?
