    Experience with seller was good, but they haven't replied to my message about an issue with my item. It's a small issue, but frustrating. My bag is great, it had its tags, it is genuine, it is it new condition. However, one of the pull tags for the zippers is missing. The listing says nothing about damages or issues with the item. I suppose this is why it was discounted? The discount is appropriate, but had I know I would have purchased a different bag with the tabs on.
