Notes
Warship is the brainchild of former from Autumn to Ashes front man, Francis Mark. Mark was one of the founding members of the influential Long Island-based band considered on the front end of the screaming / singing music genre that took the world by storm at the beginning of the decade. As the band began writing for a new FATA record, Mark, and recently added guitarist Rob Lauritsen, realized that the songs they were writing were headed down a different road. The songs are still heavy. They still have tremendous punch and aggression. However, the sound is different. Think a Metalcore version of Queens of the Stone Age with some Stone Temple Pilots thrown in for good measure.
