    Thls company is 110%. I ordered a regulator for a gy6 engine and sliders and 1500lb spring. I received the package and I guess I was excited bout getting the spring and sliders I never looked deep in the packaging. I assumed it was mail out later I called and told them and he said he remembered it being in the package but I told him It wasn't he mailed out a brand new one free of charge.Awesome I eventually found it and im mailing the other back.
