Cool the reciever canister ( bottom) in fridge or freezer, warm the donor (top) canister in the sun or near heat, being careful to not overheat or use an oven to raise the temperature. I have access to lots of used canisters discarded with trace amounts of fuel, so this has been great for keeping me supplied
