- s***b- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWhat began as a wonderful buying experience (excellent communication, prompt shipping), unfortunately, ended on a very sour note in the form of an unnecessary mean-spirited message and the willful delay of my refund for a Returned Item this Seller has received, tested and repaired. ~ Based on my personal transaction with RnR Treasures and Fine Jewelry I cannot honestly recommend this Seller. Buyer opened a defective device claim stating the back light illumination did not work. Also claimed by chat that the hands on the clock do not move. I sent the return label and the buyer questioned why I would want them to send back a broken clock. Buyer dropped clock in the mail and requested I refund them before I even received it. Clock was received and worked perfectly, both the backlight and the clock itself.
