The boots were sent smashed and crumpled in a small ball size bag. Not good! Seller took the boots back. Its a shame because I really liked the boots. "Neutral" rating is for the way it was shipped. Positive for customer service. Had the adhesive mark come off, I would have very nice boots but with a terrible fold in them.
