I suspect that the vast majority of people, other than the owner/mechanic who installs this part, will ever notice the difference in quality. In the end, the buyer needs to compare the much lower price offered here with a very expensive OEM Porsche part. Another drawback: the packaging was substandard in that the shipping box was too small for the item.
