This skirt appears to be an irregular. Super tiny waist for a size 36, and I have a 22 - 23 inch waist. Skirt bulges above the hip area and the zipper was set in improperly. I feel these flaws should have been disclosed. Seller stated that it was never worn from their personal closet. I can see why. Just feel that item is deeply flawed and should have been disclosed as such as no returns allowed.
