They will give you lowball offers of returns. I paid $220 for a TCM that was advertised as plug and play. When it didn’t work they offered $15 dollars and said to take to a local shop to get it fixed. I purchased another one for more money from a reputable dealer and all my problems were solved. Now I’m stuck fighting with them to get a refund.
