The end of the box that WAS NOT TAPED SHUT opened right up on its own and the supports slid right out. In the future I would recommend taping BOTH ends shut. I blame the very poor packing for ext.duration of the shipment. They had figure out whether there was something missing every time it arrived somewhere. Bureaucracies don't decide quickly or well.
