It went out the day after I ordered and was here in 2. The reason I got this was because I have problems with my hand and I've been searching for a long time for a big enough mug with a handle that didn't hurt me to hold. This one is almost perfect. The gap is the right size to get 2 fingers through and the bottom of the handle doesn't press down on my pinky.
