I cleaned it with a disinfectant cloth and most of it came off. It had a sticker on it that said kitchen, which makes me think it was food residue. Being allergic to many foods that wasn’t cool. I will keep it and use it, but it was disgusting.

Very loose, bounced around inside the box, see photos and yes, that's the way it was received when I opened the box.
