Card was Cheap price so it has me thinking ? Left over 1000 feedbacks on eBay & this is my first NEUTRAL FEEDBACK EVER ! Never like to leave anything but positive feedback but I think this is warranted! I have sent 100s the same way and never had this issue where the USPS returned the card from me saying that I did not have enough postage. Noted that it was $0.78 short where it has always cost me $1.03 (since the rate increase). I issued the refund same day I received the card back, so not sure what else I could of done here.
