    Vendor insists he didn't sell me a defective remote. I needed a remote immediately to use my work vehicle. He sent it early, good. But the disarm button literally fell off right out of the shipping envelope. I asked him to credit me 25 dollars since I'm having to rebuild the remote he sent me. His answer was to send the remote back for a full refund. Great answer but!! I need a working remote right now. I had a replacement case rush shipped from Karr so I can rebuild his defective remote he sold
