The positive, E-Bay provided a refund immediately. I contacted the seller for disposition of the inserts who sent me a label to return the item directly to Amazon - which is much cheaper for the same item. I still wouldn't recommend these inserts to anyone. The seller was VERY quick in shipping and communication - one of the best I've worked with.
