    I ordered a guitar but never received it. I asked for a refund, but he claims either eBay is holding the money or advised him not to refund. eBay confirmed he NEVER contacted them, there’s no record, and they never give such advice. Either his or eBay’s claim is false. On Thursday he emailed me that delivery would be on Tuesday, but it was the Tuesday before that Thursday. No tracking. I have no space to detail everything. If I don’t get my money back, I will involve the police.

    The guitar was sent within 24hrs of being paid for .. the tracking shows it as being accepted at the depot ( 11 days ago ) , I contacted parcelforce who advised that they will put out a search for it... I have explained this to the buyer but he wants a refund even though the item can still be delivered - was advised not to refund until it is shown as being lost or returned .. I have informed the buyer all of this throughout out the transaction but still left a negative .
